What should I have ready before I call?

Why do you check ownership or authorisation?
We only work on a door, car or lock once it is confirmed that the customer has the right to access it. This helps make sure nobody can use our help to get into someone else’s property. How this is verified is agreed on the call.
Will a smart lock fit my door?
That depends on the type and condition of your door and current lock, so we check compatibility before you buy. On the call we ask about your door and, if needed, request a photo. Compatible models and the offer conditions are confirmed on the call.
Can a door always be opened without damage?
It wouldn’t be honest to promise that in advance. We try to work without damage, depending on what is possible and the specific case. If an approach carries a risk of damaging the lock or door, we will tell you before we start.
