This page describes what data Spacelocksmith (“we”) processes when you use this website and contact us, for what purpose, and how you can exercise your rights. We process data in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
Phone calls
When you call us, we use your phone number and the information you give us on the call (for example, the address and a description of the situation) solely to provide the service you have requested.
Contact form
The contact form appears on the website only when the site administrator enables it. The form contains the following fields:
- name (optional);
- phone number;
- service;
- description (optional).
A submitted request is sent to Spacelocksmith by email and is not stored in the website’s database. We use it only to respond to your request.
To protect against spam (by limiting the number of submissions), your IP address is used in an irreversible, hashed form and kept for no longer than 1 hour.
Cookies and browser local storage
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies without your consent.
If the administrator enables Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads measurement, these tools load only after you give consent in the cookie banner. In that case, Google processes the data under its own policies.
In that case, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), and you can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website.
If you arrive through an ad link, the link’s campaign parameters (for example, gclid and UTM tags) are kept in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) for the current tab only and are removed when the tab is closed. They are passed to Google tools only after you give consent. These parameters do not contain your name, phone number or form content.
The WordPress login cookies used by site administrators are technical and needed to manage the website.
Hosting server logs
The hosting provider’s server automatically records technical data: IP address, browser details and the time of the request. These records are used for the website’s security and smooth running.
External links and map
The Facebook and Google Maps links open those services, which process data under their own privacy policies. The embedded map on the website, if enabled, loads only after you click on it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we process about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted. To make a request, call us: 577 021 080.
