Spacelocksmith is a locksmith service in Tbilisi. We work on a call-out basis: you call us, we clarify the situation together and the technician comes to the agreed address.
What we do
Our work covers five services. Each has its own page explaining when it helps and how the service works.
- Opening a locked home or apartment door
- Opening a locked car door
- Lock replacement
- Smart lock installation
- Car key making and programming
If you buy a smart lock from us, the service and installation come as a gift. Conditions and compatible models are confirmed on the call.
How we work
- We clarify the situation first On the call we ask what happened, where you are and what kind of door, lock or car you have, so we can choose the right solution.
- We agree terms before the work We tell you the price and arrival time in advance. Work only begins once we have agreed the terms.
- We take care of your property We try to work without damage, depending on what is possible and the specific case. If an approach carries a risk, we explain it to you beforehand.
- We are honest about limits If a job is beyond what we can do, or we can’t give a precise answer over the phone, we will tell you so directly.
Right-of-access check
Before opening a door or car, replacing a lock or making a car key, we check that the customer has the right to access that property, as the owner or an authorised person.
How this is verified is agreed on the call. The rule protects you as well: it helps make sure nobody else can use our help to get into your home or car.
Where we work
We serve Tbilisi and come to you on site: the technician comes to the agreed address. Whether we can come to a specific address is confirmed on the call.
